The mission is simple: serve delicious, affordable and authentic food that guests will want to return to time after time.

AREPAS
Love at first bite
Venezuelan stuffed maize pockets - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a delicious corn taste.
Carne Mechada
Shredded beef made from the skirt of the cow. A delicious slow cooked fusion of cumin, onion, peppers and tomatoe. Did you know? 'Merchar' is literally the Spanish word for separate hairs into strands!
Caraotas Negras (Veggie)
Healthy, high-fibre and protein rich super food! This dish is as emblematic of Venezuela as the colours of it's flag. Commonly known in other Latin countries as frihjoles, poroto, juduas or habichuelas
Queso (Veggie)
A mixture of textured white cheese. A no frills perfect filling
